A Message from Hanoi Kitchen

After a much-needed winter break to rest and focus on our mental health, we’re reopening earlier than planned. Hanoi Kitchen will reopen on Wednesday, 3rd September, serving dinner Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00pm – 8:30pm. As the weather warms up, we’ll look to extend our hours.

 

This time away has given us the chance to reflect on the past eight years — years filled with flavour, friendship, and community. With heavy hearts, we’ve made the very difficult decision that this will be our final summer. Hanoi Kitchen will close permanently in late February.

 

While the decision has not been easy, we believe it is the right step for both our family and the future. More than anything, we want this last summer to be our best yet — a celebration of everything we’ve built together. You can look forward to the same vibrant, casual street-food dining experience you know and love, along with our ready-to-go mealsat local stockists. We’ll also be offering a small number of cooking classes, with dates to be announced soon.

 

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your patience during our winter break, and for the love and loyalty you’ve shown us over so many years. We cannot wait to welcome you back from 3rd September and to share this special final chapter of Hanoi Kitchen with you.
